All our homemade sourdough bread & baked goods use “Sin” — our house mother starter, nurtured since 2021. Our salami is cured in-house. Cheeses, pates, jams, chutney, relish, mustard, mayo and fermented kimchi are homemade. Free-range eggs, milk, organic honey and all other produce are sourced locally.
