All our homemade sourdough bread & baked goods use “Sin” — our house mother starter, nurtured since 2021. Our bacon & salami are cured in-house. Cheeses, pates, jams, chutneys, mayo and fermented kimchi are homemade. Free-range eggs, milk, organic honey & all other produce are sourced locally.
