Guest Registration & Property Policies
ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการเข้าพัก

By registering at the property, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration & Identification

• Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the room

• All guests must present a valid government-issued ID card (Thai nationals) or passport (foreign nationals) at check-in and complete online check-in

• The number of occupants must not exceed the number registered

• Unregistered overnight guests are strictly prohibited

• Visitors must be reported to reception in advance

• External visitors are not permitted on the premises after midnight

2. Key Deposit (Direct & Walk-In Bookings Only)

• A refundable key deposit of 300 THB is required at check-in for direct and walk-in bookings only

• OTA or online bookings are exempt from this requirement

• The deposit will be refunded at check-out after return of the room key and satisfactory room inspection

• The property reserves the right to deduct charges for lost keys, damage, smoking violations, additional cleaning, or unpaid balances

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Reception hours: 07:00 – 22:00

• Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00

• Early check-in must be requested in advance, is subject to availability, and may incur additional charges

• Guests arriving after 22:00 must notify the property in advance during reception hours

• Late arrivals will be accommodated via a secure lock-box system and instructions will be provided after confirmation

• Check-out: 12:00 noon

• Late check-out (subject to availability and prior approval):

  • 13:00 – 16:00: 50% of room rate

  • After 16:00: 100% of room rate

• Late check-out without approval may result in additional charges

4. Occupancy Policy

• Rooms may only be occupied by the registered number of guests

• Children aged 0–6 stay free (maximum 2 children per room)

• Exceeding occupancy limits may result in additional charges or termination of stay without refund

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests must not cause disturbance, nuisance, or danger to others

• The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Excessive noise

  • Fighting or disorderly conduct

  • Drug use

  • Gambling

  • Illegal activity

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour

• Violations may result in termination of stay without refund, a fine of 2,000 THB, and/or notification of authorities

6. In-Room Regulations

Smoking

• All rooms are strictly non-smoking

• Smoking is permitted only on private balconies or designated areas

• Guests must request and use an ashtray

• Cigarette disposal must be done properly and not in inappropriate areas

• Smoking inside the room will result in a minimum cleaning and deodorizing charge of 2,000 THB

• Additional charges may apply if damage is extensive

• Smoking in non-smoking areas may also be subject to fines under Thai law

Prohibited Items

• Strong-smelling food (e.g. durian)

• Flammable materials

• Hazardous chemicals

• Explosives

• Weapons

Cooking & Electrical Appliances

• Cooking is not permitted inside rooms or within the resort

• Unauthorized use of electrical appliances is prohibited

Electric Vehicle Charging

• EV charging is not permitted without prior approval

• Unauthorized charging will result in electricity charges based on battery capacity

7. Damage & Loss Policy

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the room and property in good condition

• Any loss, damage, breakage, staining, or removal of property will be charged

• Charges are based on the Damage & Replacement Schedule displayed at the bottom of this webpage

• If damage exceeds listed amounts, the guest is responsible for full repair or replacement cost including labor

8. Pet Policy

• Maximum 1 pet per room

• Cleaning fee: 200 THB per pet

• Pets must weigh no more than 10 kg

• Pets must be free from contagious conditions

• Pets must be supervised at all times

• Pets must not be left unattended in the room for extended periods

• Pets must not disturb other guests

• Guests must provide their own pet bed or cage

• Guests must clean up pet waste immediately

• Additional charges apply for damage or sanitation issues

• Non-compliance may result in termination of stay without refund

9. Limitation of Liability

• The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Guests are responsible for securing their valuables

• The property is not liable for service interruption due to events beyond control

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand

โดยการลงทะเบียนเข้าพัก ผู้เข้าพักตกลงว่าได้อ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และยินยอมปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขดังต่อไปนี้

1. การลงทะเบียนและการแสดงตน

• อนุญาตให้เฉพาะผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนเท่านั้นเข้าพักในห้องพัก

• ผู้เข้าพักทุกท่านต้องแสดงบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (สำหรับชาวไทย) หรือหนังสือเดินทาง (สำหรับชาวต่างชาติ) ณ เวลาเช็คอิน และทำการเช็คอินออนไลน์

• จำนวนผู้เข้าพักต้องไม่เกินจำนวนที่ลงทะเบียนไว้

• ห้ามมีผู้เข้าพักค้างคืนที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียน

• ผู้มาติดต่อหรือเยี่ยมเยือนต้องแจ้งพนักงานต้อนรับล่วงหน้า

• ไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลภายนอกอยู่ภายในบริเวณที่พักหลังเที่ยงคืน

2. เงินมัดจำกุญแจ (เฉพาะการจองตรงและวอล์คอิน)

• สำหรับลูกค้าที่จองตรงกับที่พักหรือวอล์คอิน ต้องวางเงินมัดจำกุญแจจำนวน 300 บาท ณ เวลาเช็คอิน

• การจองผ่าน OTA หรือแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ ไม่ต้องวางเงินมัดจำดังกล่าว

• เงินมัดจำจะคืนให้เมื่อเช็คเอาท์ หลังจากส่งคืนกุญแจห้องพักและผ่านการตรวจสอบสภาพห้องเรียบร้อยแล้ว

• ทางที่พักขอสงวนสิทธิ์หักค่าใช้จ่ายจากเงินมัดจำในกรณีกุญแจสูญหาย ทรัพย์สินเสียหาย ฝ่าฝืนกฎการสูบบุหรี่ ค่าทำความสะอาดเพิ่มเติม หรือค่าบริการค้างชำระ

3. เวลาเช็คอิน – เช็คเอาท์

• เวลาทำการต้อนรับ: 07:00 – 22:00 น.

• เช็คอิน: 14:00 – 22:00 น.

• กรณีต้องการเช็คอินก่อนเวลา ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า ขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมของห้อง และอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

• กรณีเดินทางมาถึงหลัง 22:00 น. ต้องแจ้งที่พักล่วงหน้าภายในเวลาทำการ

• ที่พักจะจัดเตรียมการเช็คอินผ่านระบบกล่องล็อก (Lock-box) และส่งรายละเอียดให้หลังจากยืนยันแล้ว

• เช็คเอาท์: 12:00 น. (เที่ยง)

• การเช็คเอาท์ล่าช้า (ขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมของห้องและต้องได้รับอนุมัติล่วงหน้า):

  • 13:00 – 16:00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพัก

  • หลัง 16:00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 100% ของราคาห้องพัก

• การเช็คเอาท์ล่าช้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

4. นโยบายจำนวนผู้เข้าพัก

• ห้องพักอนุญาตให้เข้าพักตามจำนวนที่ลงทะเบียนเท่านั้น

• เด็กอายุ 0–6 ปี พักฟรี (ไม่เกิน 2 คนต่อห้อง)

• หากมีผู้เข้าพักเกินจำนวน ที่พักขอสงวนสิทธิ์เรียกเก็บค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม หรือยกเลิกการเข้าพักโดยไม่คืนเงิน

5. ระเบียบและพฤติกรรมผู้เข้าพัก

• ผู้เข้าพักต้องไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเดือดร้อน รำคาญ หรืออันตรายต่อผู้อื่น

• ห้ามกระทำการดังต่อไปนี้:

  • ส่งเสียงดังเกินสมควร

  • ทะเลาะวิวาท

  • เสพยาเสพติด

  • เล่นการพนัน

  • กระทำการผิดกฎหมาย

  • แสดงพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวหรือไม่เหมาะสม

• หากฝ่าฝืน อาจถูกยกเลิกการเข้าพักโดยไม่คืนเงิน ปรับ 2,000 บาท และ/หรือแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่

6. กฎระเบียบภายในห้องพัก

การสูบบุหรี่

• ห้องพักทุกห้องเป็นห้องปลอดบุหรี่

• สามารถสูบบุหรี่ได้เฉพาะบริเวณระเบียงหรือพื้นที่ที่กำหนด

• ต้องขอและใช้ที่เขี่ยบุหรี่จากพนักงาน

• ต้องทิ้งก้นบุหรี่ให้ถูกต้อง ไม่ทิ้งในพื้นที่ที่ไม่เหมาะสม

• หากตรวจพบการสูบบุหรี่ภายในห้องพัก จะมีค่าทำความสะอาดและกำจัดกลิ่นขั้นต่ำ 2,000 บาท

• หากมีความเสียหายเพิ่มเติม อาจมีการเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

• การสูบบุหรี่ในพื้นที่ห้ามสูบ อาจมีความผิดตามกฎหมายไทย

สิ่งของต้องห้าม

• อาหารมีกลิ่นฉุน เช่น ทุเรียน

• วัตถุไวไฟ

• สารเคมีอันตราย

• วัตถุระเบิด

• อาวุธ

การประกอบอาหารและเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า

• ห้ามประกอบอาหารภายในห้องพักหรือบริเวณรีสอร์ท

• ห้ามใช้เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

การชาร์จรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า

• ห้ามชาร์จรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตล่วงหน้า

• หากฝ่าฝืน จะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าไฟฟ้าตามความจุแบตเตอรี่

7. นโยบายความเสียหายและทรัพย์สินสูญหาย

• ผู้เข้าพักต้องดูแลรักษาห้องพักและทรัพย์สินให้อยู่ในสภาพดี

• กรณีเกิดความเสียหาย สูญหาย แตกหัก หรือเปื้อน จะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่าย

• ค่าใช้จ่ายจะอ้างอิงตามรายการค่าเสียหายและค่าทดแทนที่แสดงไว้ด้านล่างของหน้านี้

• หากความเสียหายเกินกว่าที่กำหนด ผู้เข้าพักต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายเต็มจำนวนรวมค่าแรง

8. นโยบายสัตว์เลี้ยง

• อนุญาต 1 ตัวต่อ 1 ห้อง

• ค่าทำความสะอาด 200 บาทต่อตัว

• น้ำหนักไม่เกิน 10 กิโลกรัม

• ต้องไม่มีโรคติดต่อ

• ต้องอยู่ในการดูแลตลอดเวลา

• ห้ามปล่อยสัตว์เลี้ยงไว้ในห้องโดยลำพังเป็นเวลานาน

• ต้องไม่ส่งเสียงรบกวนผู้อื่น

• ผู้เข้าพักต้องนำที่นอนหรือกรงมาเอง

• ต้องทำความสะอาดมูลสัตว์ทันที

• หากเกิดความเสียหายหรือความสกปรก จะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

• หากไม่ปฏิบัติตาม อาจถูกยกเลิกการเข้าพักโดยไม่คืนเงิน

9. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

• ที่พักไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญหาย เสียหาย หรือถูกขโมยของทรัพย์สินส่วนตัว

• ผู้เข้าพักต้องดูแลทรัพย์สินของตนเอง

• ที่พักไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเหตุสุดวิสัยที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุม

10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

• ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย

• Duvet: 3,000 THB / ผ้านวม 3,000 บาท

• Mattress protector: 1,000 THB / ผ้ากันเปื้อนเตียง 1,000 บาท

• Pillowcase: 200 THB per piece / ปลอกหมอน 200 บาท/ชิ้น

• Pillow protector: 200 THB per piece / ปลอกกันเปื้อนหมอน 200 บาท/ชิ้น

• Pillow: 300 THB each / หมอน 300 บาท/ใบ

• Bath towel: 300 THB each / ผ้าเช็ดตัว 300 บาท/ผืน

• Hair towel: 100 THB each / ผ้าเช็ดผม 100 บาท/ผืน

Beverage Area & Minibar / บริเวณเครื่องดื่มและมินิบาร์

• Storage basket: 200 THB each / ตะกร้าใส่ของ 200 บาท/ใบ

• Drinking glass: 30 THB each / แก้วน้ำดื่ม 30 บาท/ใบ

• Coffee cup: 50 THB each / แก้วกาแฟ 50 บาท/ใบ

• Fabric cup sleeve: 50 THB each / ถุงผ้าดิบปลอกแก้ว 50 บาท/ชิ้น

• Coffee spoon: 15 THB each / ช้อนกาแฟ 15 บาท/ด้าม

• Bottle opener: 30 THB each / ที่เปิดขวด 30 บาท/อัน

Electrical Appliances / เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า

• Kettle: 800 THB each / กาต้มน้ำ 800 บาท/ตัว

• Air conditioner remote: 500 THB each / รีโมทเครื่องปรับอากาศ 500 บาท/ตัว

• TV remote: 500 THB each / รีโมททีวี 500 บาท/ตัว

• Television: 3,000 THB each / ทีวี 3,000 บาท/เครื่อง

• Air conditioner unit: 20,000 THB each / เครื่องปรับอากาศ 20,000 บาท/ตัว

• Water heater: 3,000 THB each / เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น 3,000 บาท/ตัว

Bathroom / บริเวณห้องน้ำ

• Dispenser bottles (soap, shampoo): 150 THB each / ขวดใส่น้ำยาล้างมือ สบู่ และแชมพู 150 บาท/ชิ้น

• Bathroom shelf: 200 THB each / ชั้นวางของในห้องน้ำ 200 บาท/ชั้น

• Bidet spray hose: 200 THB each / สายชำระ 200 บาท/เส้น

• Shower hose: 200 THB each / สายฝักบัว 200 บาท/เส้น

• Shower head: 500 THB each / ฝักบัว 500 บาท/ชิ้น

• Toilet: 3,000 THB each / ชักโครก 3,000 บาท/ตัว

• Tissue box: 300 THB each / กล่องใส่ทิชชู 300 บาท/ชิ้น

• Seat cushion: 1,500 THB each / เบาะที่นั่ง 1,500 บาท/ชิ้น

• Desk: 1,500 THB each / โต๊ะทำงาน 1,500 บาท/ตัว

• Metal shelving and hanging rack set: 3,500 THB per set / ชั้นและราวแขวนผ้าเหล็ก 3,500 บาท/ชุด

• Chair: 500 THB each / เก้าอี้ 500 บาท/ตัว

• Floor mat: 100 THB each / พรมเช็ดเท้า 100 บาท/ผืน

• Trash bin: 100 THB each / ถังขยะ 100 บาท/ใบ

• Any damage not listed above will be assessed at the discretion of the property and charged accordingly based on repair or replacement cost
